Hi, I’m Lance Anderson from Tampa, Florida! Pleasure to meet you!
I first began my professional career in hospitality then moved onto hospitality consulting shortly after. Throughout the years, I pivoted to the digital and social media marketing space for the opportunity to help bring my “spirit to serve” to scale for business owners.
In March 2020, Randy Quiroa and I launched Victory Recruitment Agency, a full service recruitment firm designed to make painful hiring processes and job-seeking a thing of the past.

Hey, my name is Randy Quiroa from Boston, Massachusetts!
I began my journey serving in the United States Marine Corps from 2012 to 2018. I didn't know what I wanted to do or be once I was released from the military, but I had a lot of ideas!
I decided to put my ideas into action by branching out into entrepreneurship. I found success in solar sales and digital marketing, and recruiting. I’ve been involved at a high level in many different companies and I’d love to be involved with yours!
